Jonathan founded disruptiveOps in 2012 as he recognized Agile Coaches were largely focused on frameworks and teams instead of organizational culture.
Since 2015, he has focused on yet another gap, tools that can provide leaders the insight needed to become disruptive to their markets.
Jonathan thrives on providing advanced web-based tools to sustain realistic frameworks for his clients. His methods consist of innovative software approaches that are effective, authentic, and low investment.
Our cultural tenets of respecting individuals, leading by example, and our commitment to teamwork gives the opportunity for employees and contractors to work when and where they want. Hiring based on attitude, intelligence, and energy versus skill set provides a continual learning experience for our customers as well as for our company.
